Leaders of National Tourism Administration Arrive at Ramada Plaza Hotel Yantai

          Experts  organized by National Tourism Administration preliminarily evaluated and inspected

Ramada a five-star hotel, and it had passed the priliminary and secondary eveluations by the Municipal

 Bureau of Tourism and Provincial Tourism Administration. The experts made a special trip to come to

 eveluate our hotel after National Tourism Administration accepted the reports of Provincial Tourism Administration. The experts meticulously took an overall examination to Ramada Plaza Hotel Yantai.

On one hand, they examined the business areas as lobby、food&beverage、guest rooms、

entertainment centers and meeting rooms, etc.; on the other hand, they paid much more attention to

the backstage areas, such as the kitchen rooms、security、engeneer、staff living areas,etc.. The

experts team fully confirmed that the hardwares and softwares of our hotel were corresponded with

the standards of a five-star hotel and they also appreciated the ambience of the guest rooms and the

quality of service and food&beverage. At the same time, they requested us to refit the wear floor, the

 wardrobes of disabled rooms and the light for writing.

          We learned and benefit a lot from the experts’ serious and pragmatic attitude. What’s more

 important, we realized in spite of the great achievement we’d achieved since we started business,

still much improvement and efforts should be made.

          All the hotel colleagues will take the five-star hotel as a new beginning, keeping the

characteristics of an international brand hotel, optimizing service concept; strenghening the

management to make every guest feels at home, and make due contribution to the prosperity

 of Yantai’s tourism and service industry.
